Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, AI-driven system architectures.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for migrating legacy infrastructure to quantum-ready cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced machine learning models into core business processes.
- Ensure data sovereignty, security, and compliance for all future-facing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or quantum-resistant cryptography is a plus.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments.
