Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure that integrates with quantum computing prototypes.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring compatibility with next-gen hardware.
- Oversee the research and implementation of Generative AI models to drive core product innovation.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability in distributed computing environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
