Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and Quantum integration, ensuring alignment with our 2026 vision.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and deploy distributed systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data in real-time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, ethicists, and hardware engineers to integrate neural interfaces into our core products.
- Patent & Innovation: Lead the creation of proprietary algorithms and secure patents for breakthrough technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of radical innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability for immediate implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Quantum Computing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with Qiskit or similar quantum frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate abstract scientific concepts into practical business solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
