Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning development, from data engineering and model training to production deployment and monitoring. We are looking for an engineer who doesn't just write code, but thinks critically about the future of AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for high-volume production environments.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to enhance model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge deployment and cloud scalability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
