Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid AI-Quantum computing systems for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, physicists, and software engineers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize algorithms for quantum processors and classical hardware hybrids.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability in high-throughput environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research emerging technologies in quantum error correction and neuromorphic computing.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, statistics, and machine learning principles.
