Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ in government/industry grants for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, QCE)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proven ability to secure federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
