As a key member of our leadership team, you will define the architectural standards for our upcoming generation of autonomous systems and quantum-enhanced AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing hybrid systems.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation machine learning algorithms optimized for edge computing and quantum processors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum mechanics, and distributed systems to ensure our technology remains cutting-edge.
- Drive the integration of emerging technologies into our core product suite.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong grasp of quantum algorithm theory.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
