Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Product Roadmap, focusing on Generative AI integration and autonomous systems.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to design scalable, high-performance system architectures.
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive technical discovery sessions to validate product hypotheses.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Deep Tech.
- Proven track record of leading products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and modern AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong technical background in software engineering, system design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team growth.
