Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product vision for AI capabilities, specifically aligning with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems and backend architectures using modern cloud technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex research into deployable features.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure low latency and high availability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present technical concepts and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++; deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch); experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
