Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for 2026-era computing demands.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Quantum AI and Neuro-Symbolic computing.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives aligned with long-term product vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize model performance and reduce inference latency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level Large Language Models or Generative AI systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
