Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Pioneering AI Research: Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Engineer efficient inference engines to reduce latency and maximize cost-effectiveness in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Trend Analysis: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies (e.g., Neural Radiance Fields, Quantum Machine Learning) to guide our 2026 roadmap.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Model Engineering: Deep understanding of fine-tuning LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
