Responsibilities

- Research and prototype novel approaches to AI safety and ethical alignment
- Optimize model performance for edge deployment and real-time inference

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production-scale ML systems at cloud scale (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong foundation in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Published research or significant contributions to AI/ML open-source projects
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
