- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and external partnerships
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, TechScape)
