- Lead Strategic R&D: Spearhead research initiatives focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Optimize Production Pipelines: Enhance model latency and accuracy while reducing computational costs for high-volume data streams.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias detection, fairness, and transparency in all AI deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
