Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust machine learning pipelines and algorithms for production environments.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large-scale models for performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest AI research and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Deployment: Manage the full lifecycle of ML models from experimentation to deployment on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
