Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and AI systems that scale with our user base.
- Research & Development: Stay at the cutting edge of the AI landscape, researching and implementing novel algorithms to improve product performance.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building production-level machine learning systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
