Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly milestones.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Decentralized Systems.
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of innovation projects, ensuring high ROI on experimental technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical trends into actionable business strategies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and R&D engineers.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or senior engineering leadership.
