Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer models and generative AI architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Security) to integrate AI solutions.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Multimodal learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI training and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or shipping high-impact products.
