- Quantum Readiness: Evaluate and integrate emerging quantum computing protocols into legacy systems to prepare for the quantum leap.
- AI Integration: Lead the deployment of generative AI and machine learning models to enhance operational efficiency and product capabilities.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data in a decentralized web environment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in system architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies. Familiarity with quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance at scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
