As a key member of our Research & Development division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning and scalable production infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing algorithms that push the boundaries of what is possible, ensuring our solutions are not only state-of-the-art but also ethically grounded and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency using advanced techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Establish and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment on cloud infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing to integrate cutting-edge methodologies.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure system reliability and performance under high load.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and distributed computing principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
