Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic vision for the company's technological evolution, identifying key trends in AI, VR, and automation.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and innovative technical architectures that align with the 2026 vision, ensuring long-term feasibility and competitive advantage.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core business processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and engineering teams.
- Prototype and Validate: Oversee the development of high-fidelity prototypes for futuristic technologies to validate business hypotheses.
- Vendor and Tech Partner Management: Evaluate emerging tech vendors and partners to secure the best tools for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and System Design.
- Futuristic Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in AI/ML, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing applications.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into business value.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
