Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI requirements.
- Optimize model inference for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Establish best practices for data governance, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines for AI.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model robustness and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and distributed computing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
