Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML architectures for cloud-native environments.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models, from research to production deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate them into our development pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
