Responsibilities

- Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance model accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into core business workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for AI projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and Autonomous Systems.
- Evaluate and deploy state-of-the-art open-source models tailored for enterprise use cases.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
