Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Architect high-performance LLM pipelines focusing on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and fine-tuning.
- Lead the research and development of Autonomous Agents capable of complex decision-making.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance to ensure model reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience deploying large-scale models on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in data engineering and feature engineering for NLP tasks.
