Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Architect scalable inference engines capable of handling real-time, high-volume data streams.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps aligned with 2026 tech trends.
- Optimize model performance for latency and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying large-scale AI/ML models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
