You will work closely with our CTO and product visionaries to define the technical pillars of our 2026 platform. Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for our Generative AI pipeline, defining the architectural milestones for the 2026 release cycle.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement high-performance inference systems for large-scale transformer models, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), optimizing for cost and performance.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern C++ for high-performance computing.
- LLM Expertise: Proven experience working with state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud-native ML infrastructure, including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems.
