Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers in the research and development of next-gen AI systems.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust AI technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, mitigate model bias, and establish governance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Optimize model inference speed and significantly reduce computational costs in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex AI products.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
