Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
- Optimize and scale existing models for high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data engineers, product managers, and software developers.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Artificial Intelligence and implement best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Extensive experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production.
