Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of AI and machine learning roadmaps aligned with company goals for the 2026 timeframe.
- Oversee the research and prototyping of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Establish and maintain a robust innovation pipeline, identifying emerging trends and competitive threats in the global tech landscape.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in and alignment.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software development, data science, or artificial intelligence, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products or platforms.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams and senior executives.
- Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies.
