Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure scaling to 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the architecture and deployment of secure, high-throughput neural networks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into core business solutions.
- Ensure compliance with emerging global AI governance and ethical frameworks.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for real-time data processing and low-latency inference.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning architecture, and data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
