Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI models targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging tech trends, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Synthetic Data.
- Define and execute the company's long-term AI roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Evaluate and select cutting-edge frameworks and hardware accelerators to optimize computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and forecast industry shifts.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into strategic business value.
