Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the Research & Development team in exploring emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Autonomous Agents, and Quantum AI.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate futuristic solutions into our core offerings.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends to predict and prepare for future technological disruptions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the future-tech ecosystem.
- Prototype and Validate: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes for next-gen user experiences.
- Define AI Ethics protocols to ensure responsible deployment of advanced systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Strategic Technology Consulting.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, neural networks, and AI ethics compliance.
