Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in all automated systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon project, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Legal to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) is highly desirable.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
