- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on AI, automation, and future tech trends for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic data) and assess their viability for our business.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype and integrate high-impact future tech solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive buy-in.
- R&D Leadership: Lead internal innovation labs and hackathons to foster a culture of experimentation and future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI research.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate abstract future trends into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
