Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS systems across 100+ endpoints
- Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets within SLA metrics
- Execute system patching, updates, and security protocols
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Conduct user training on new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting skills for on-premises and cloud environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to start immediately and work flexible hours
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional on-site visits
