The Role
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable AI models. You will work closely with our R&D team to integrate neural architectures into our core platform, ensuring robustness and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
- Lead the architecture of AI systems designed to meet the demands of the 2026 technological era.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to optimize model performance and reduce latency.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest breakthroughs in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Deploy models to production environments using containerization and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, transformers, and large language models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
