Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap, identifying emerging trends and technologies.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Neuromorphic engineering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with next-gen tech stacks, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
