Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging AI paradigms and quantum computing concepts.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems for next-gen applications.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies to assess feasibility and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish security and ethical frameworks for AI deployment at scale.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, innovative solutions.
