Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs, RAG architectures, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for high-volume, low-latency environments in production.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends to ensure our systems remain future-proof for 2026.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
