Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable system architectures for AI-driven platforms, specifically aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Innovation Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologiesâincluding generative AI and quantum computing integrationâand propose strategies to integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of machine learning models and data pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high throughput.
- Risk Management: Establish robust security frameworks and compliance protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role within AI or ML environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, distributed systems that handle massive scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
