Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through comprehensive trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and test future-facing solutions in emerging markets
- Conduct deep-dive research on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-proofing principles into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative frameworks
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications (AI, IoT, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or Futures Studies required
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, SWOT analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
