Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for long-term technology adoption, ensuring alignment with industry trends in AI, Quantum Readiness, and Cloud-native scalability.
- Architect Intelligent Systems: Design and implement complex, scalable system architectures that leverage Generative AI and Machine Learning to drive business value.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to secure, high-performance cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks and ensure all 2026 compliance standards are met.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML integration and cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and anticipating future tech trends.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
