Responsibilities

- Roadmap Leadership: Define and drive the technical strategy for our 2026 product line, aligning complex algorithms with business goals.
- Research & Development: Spearhead experiments in large-scale model optimization, fine-tuning, and novel neural architectures.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executive leadership, and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and conceptualize scalable solutions 3-5 years out.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
