- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech solutions into core operations
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry thought leaders at global forums
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of 15+ engineers and futurists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in futuristic technology forecasting (Gartner Hype Cycle experience preferred)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity
- Experience managing international R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Scenario Planning, Delphi Method)
