Responsibilities
- Architect and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and quantum computing applications.
- Conduct comprehensive bias audits and impact assessments on proprietary neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate "Do No Harm" guardrails into production pipelines.
- Advocate for transparency and accountability in automated decision-making processes.
- Research emerging global standards for AI regulation and compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML development, ethics, or policy formulation.
- Deep technical understanding of large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and federated learning.
- Proven experience leading ethical reviews for high-stakes technology deployments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
