Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and predictive analytics.
- Model Architecture & Optimization: Design and deploy scalable machine learning architectures that ensure low latency and high accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical AI strategies.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of novel algorithms, staying ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish rigorous metrics for model performance, conducting A/B testing and continuous optimization cycles.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles, with at least 2 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Kubernetes, Spark).
