Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade Generative AI systems using Python and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domains, focusing on latency, token efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, experimenting with emerging architectures like Transformers and Diffusion models to drive product innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate complex technical requirements into robust, user-friendly AI features.
- MLOps: Establish robust monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks to ensure model reliability and performance in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX) and deep experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning libraries.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong portfolio of deploying AI/ML models to production.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for the ethical implications of AI.
