Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Solutions: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models and Generative AI agents tailored for enterprise use cases.
- RAG Pipelines: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral) and optimize inference latency for production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging trends in multi-modal AI and agentic workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, tokenization strategies, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
