Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and drive product innovation.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and NLP to apply state-of-the-art techniques to our projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience deploying models to production using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
